Transcripts:

rough draft	$2.00 per page
certified	$4.00 per page
arbitrations	$6.00 per page
Copies	$2.00 per page
expedites	percentages based on the day the expedite was ordered: 110% same day, 100% next day, down 10% each day after

depositions:

full day per diem	$400.00+ transcript fee
half day per diem	$200.00 + transcript fee
regular testimony transcript	$4.75 per page
technical/expert testimony transcript	$5.50 per page
arbitration transcript	$6.00 per page
minimum reg. transcript fee – original + 1 copy	$450.00 per witness
minimum reg. transcript fee – original + 2 copies (worker’s compensation)	$485.00 per witness
minimum tech. transcript fee – original + 1 copy	$500.00 per witness
min. fee for additional transcript copies	$150.00

Miscellaneous:

PAYMENT TERMS:

All invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. fees of 2% will be assessed for late payment.

rates/terms are accepted when the client, either verbally or in writing, has agreed to receive such services outlined on this rates page. the client has implied to compensate SC csr services for any work performed.
